Students’ Weekly and Monthly reports are analyzed

A group of 10-15 students are put under the mentorship of every teacher who mentors and guides them throughout the course duration.
The mentors act as guardians to the students who are free to discuss their problems.
The mentor keeps a record of the academic progress of the mentees, making weekly reports, discussing the weakness and problems of the students, and helping them overcome the situation.
The mentors are in regular touch with their parents, sharing the weekly reports and discussing the progress of their wards every week.
