Rules and Regulations
- Students must be aware of all the notices displayed in course of time, and the institute shall not be liable if any student fails to fill up any exam or registration form as per the notice.
- Regular attendance for both day and evening shifts and practical classes are a must to continue studying at Wisdom Senior Secondary School. Otherwise, the student’s name shall be struck off the rolls of attendance, and he/she may not be allowed to appear in any exam either conducted by the institute or the concerned board.
- Only three days of consecutive absence with a valid reason may be excused but subjected to a deposition of a fine of Rs 200.00 per day.
- Long absence other than valid medical grounds shall never be considered to pursue education at Wisdom Senior Secondary School.
- If any child is caught possessing a mobile phone, a fine of Rs. 1000/ will be imposed upon him/her.
- Every child should attend classes regularly with spick and-span school uniform.
- Every child must enter the school premises 10 minutes ahead of the class. If not, the gate shall be closed.
- Every child must appear in all the periodical exams conducted by the school. Otherwise, he/she will be subjected to a fine of Rs 500.00 per absent paper, along with reappearing for the exam.
- A self-declaration of the student countersigned by a legal guardian declaring his/her physical fitness must be submitted during the time of admission so that it may not be the cause of his/her absence from the ongoing academic session.
- Every child must obey the code of conduct of the school. If found involved in any physical conflict/violence, ragging etc, he/she may face severe punishment up to the extent of expulsion from the school.
- If any student misbehaves with teaching staff, office staff, security personnel & attendants, he/she may face severe punishment up to the extent of expulsion from the school.
- If any student is found bunking day or evening classes and leaving the premises in the name of the school, he/she will have to pay a fine of Rs 200.00. In addition, this unacceptable behaviour will be reported to the principal’s office in the presence of the legal guardian the following day to regularize his/her studentship.
- If any child is found in any activity that is detrimental to the integrity of the school via social media or any such mode, he/she shall be expelled from the school.
- A child must read his/her lessons thoroughly and regularly every day & come prepared for the next class.
- Under any pandemic situation, the student must attend online classes regularly. Attendance shall be monitored electronically so that no grievances are entertained later regarding the completion of the syllabus.
- If any student is found with an indecent haircut, long nails & indecent dress, then his/her attire would invite punishment.
- If any student is caught consuming tobacco, gutka & its allied products and sniffing toxic chemicals, he/she will have to pay Rs 500.00. And if found repeating, he/she shall be expelled from the school.
- The student should keep pace with the split-up syllabus given in the respective WhatsApp groups.
- Fees for the whole session must be paid once the student is admitted in a class.
- In case of any grievance, students/guardians are required to submit a written application to the Public Relations Officer (PRO). i/c of GRIEVANCE, REDRESSAL AND COUNSELLING CELL.
- If any child or guardian fails to stick by the above-mentioned rules, he/she may take a transfer to any other institute of choice.
- If any student wants to take a transfer in the middle of the session, he/she must pay the entire session fee and inform the school authorities at least six months ahead.
