Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed form provided by the college along with copies of mark sheets, certificates of the qualifying examination, and the requisite course fee.

1. Self-attested photocopies of HSLC Marksheet, Certificate, and Admit Card (Three Sets)
2. Six copies of recent passport-size photographs signed by the candidate on the backside.
3. Students who passed the matriculation exam from other boards (other than SEBA) have to submit Migration Certificate
4. Transfer Certificate countersigned by DEEO/IS in case of transfer for the classes VI to IX.
5. Birth Certificate for lower primary pupils.

Application Forms and Prospectus may be obtained from the office of the school on all working days including Sundays. Filled in application form, along with requisite testimonials, should be submitted to the office of the school between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
